He or she will bring well-honed leadership for rapid growth strategies to bear while strengthening and scaling the organization to smoothly transition to a significantly larger market. The COO will be tasked with ensuring alignment and effective integration across the organization to perform optimally at scale, including programs, research, products and operations.

The Product Marketing Manager aligns LEAP’s product strategy and tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing to achieve defined results. In this role, you will be LEAP’s product evangelist playing an integral role in organizing market research. This role is responsible for communicating insights that answer relevant business and product questions at the right time within the product development cycle informing innovation and relevant product design.

Learning Analytics Manager
The Learning Analytics Manager will develop a plan to build LEAP’s base of insights. This will include quantifying the impact of LEAP’s products/services and identifying opportunities for program improvement. This multi-year plan should include near, medium, and long-term deliverables that are required for external audiences (e.g., funders, media requests). The Learning Analytics Manager will be responsible for facilitating discussions across the organization to define key research questions and hypotheses to test for each.

Personalized Learning Coach
The Personalized Learning Coach will lead the oversight and support for schools piloting personalized learning with LEAP. Through regular site visits and coaching conversations, the Personalized Learning Coach will support teams of teachers in the creation of goals, selection of strategies, and ongoing reflection, with the ultimate goal of helping teachers better meet the needs of all students. The successful candidate will also collaborate across the organization to support professional development sessions, research and other organization-wide initiatives aligned with LEAP’s mission.

Research Analyst
The individual functioning in the Research Analyst role will be part of a team responsible for leading foundational and applied research, program evaluation, and survey and assessment development for LEAP. In this capacity, the individual will collaborate with LEAP’s research team to facilitate studies and analyses that will result in insights about LEAP’s work and position LEAP as a thought leader in the field.
