Deeper levels of student engagement and agency can result in stronger lifelong personal, social, civic and academic skills which contribute to higher levels of postsecondary and career success. LEAP coaches educators to create conditions that deepen practices to cultivate learner agency.
Learner Voice.
Learner voice is about connecting school level decisions to the needs and interests of the students. LEAP recognizes the value of authentic student voice as schools work to re-engage and empower students.
Artificial Intelligence.
As AI continues to develop at a remarkable pace, it presents a new wave of opportunities and challenges for students and educators. LEAP will embrace the opportunity presented by AI, find ways to incorporate it safely and effectively in the classroom, and support schools in developing the skills needed for this new technology.
