LEAP Learning Survey 2025

LEAP Personalized Learning Survey

This validated, research-backed survey measures student and teacher perceptions of personalized learning practices aligned with four domains of the LEAP Learning Framework that define modern, personalized learning - learning is focused on, led by and demonstrated by the learner, and connected to career-relevant, real-world skills and opportunities.

The LEAP Learning Survey offers several valuable benefits:

  • Data-Driven Insights: Teachers receive honest snapshots of student feedback compared to their own self-reflection, helping them understand which aspects of personalized learning are prevalent in their classrooms.

  • Student Agency: Empower students to share their perspectives anonymously, elevating student voice and engaging students as active partners in classroom and school improvement.

  • Improvement Pathway: Dynamic reporting is available the next day, showing top strengths and areas for improvement. The survey allows leaders and educators to see how their classrooms compare within school, regional, and national contexts, providing valuable benchmarking and identifying priorities for continued growth. Each data point ties directly to strategies from the LEAP Learning Framework, providing clear next steps for improvement.

  • Collaborative Culture: Students develop a sense of collaboration and shared responsibility with teachers through participating in the survey process, strengthening relationships, belonging and school culture.

Since 2015, LEAP’s survey has been administered across 24 states, reaching over 95,000 learners, 9,500 teachers, and 400+ schools.
