  • Impacted 65,000+ students, 90 percent of whom are children of color and more than 80 percent of whom are eligible for free or reduced-price lunch

  • Worked directly with 180 schools across Chicago to transform classroom practice and develop whole-school models 

  • Trained 3,000 teachers and pre-service educators on personalized learning

  • Scaled the LEAP Learning Framework and survey tools – the first of their kind in the country – to 460+ schools across 24 states

Nationwide Impact.

Building on a decade of learning in Chicago, LEAP expanded its impact nationwide in the 2024-2025 school year through programs reaching schools and districts across the country working to transform learning. So far this year, LEAP has impacted more than 20,000 educators and 500,000 students.
