Dear Innovators—

As we turn the page to October, we’re reminded that innovation in education is never a one-time event– it’s a movement. At LEAP Innovations, we believe that movement is powered by connection: bringing educators, students, and partners together to create the conditions for learning to thrive. This month, we’re excited to share how those connections are taking shape across our networks, pilots, and partnerships.

First, we are proud to announce the launch of our 2025–2026 EDInnovators Collective! This year’s Collective brings together an inspiring group of educators, district leaders, and industry partners who are committed to co-creating breakthrough ideas for the future of learning. Together, we’ll explore how to accelerate innovation, scale promising practices, and make sure every student has access to personalized, empowering education.

We are also celebrating the successful launch of two new LEAP Pilot Network cohorts, where school teams are already digging into design, test, and refine practices that center student voice, agency, and outcomes. These pilots are a critical step toward building systems that not only respond to change but help shape it for years to come. With the recent kickoff for year two of our Coalition for Human-Centered AI in Education as well as our AI Coalition Report sharing the findings from Year 1 of the Coalition, we invite you to join us virtually on October 7th for our Coalition Report Launch. This conversation will highlight actionable strategies and real-world practices for strengthening AI competencies in schools while keeping students safe, informed, and empowered. The event is designed to help leaders move beyond compliance and into confident, thoughtful implementation of AI in ways that deepen teaching and learning. If you’re in the Phoenix-area, we also have an in-person session— Reimagining the Future of Learning — on October 22!

These moments– new collectives, fresh pilots, and collaborative convenings– are proof that meaningful change happens when we work together. We are thrilled to keep building on this momentum with you.
